Returns & Exchanges

We hope that you are satisfied with your order, if for any reason you are not, items can be returned in original packaging, undamaged, unused and untampered within 14 days of receipt.

You must contact us before returning, once a return has been organised, it will need to have your full name and order number inside.

We also require you to obtain your returns receipt for proof of shipment.

Order cancellation

If you would like to cancel an order and receive a full refund, you may do so as long as the order has not yet been processed & shipped. 

Damages and issues

All our orders are carefully checked and packaged to prevent any damages during the shipment of orders. However, if received and the product is defective, faulty or you have recieved the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@oliveandbear.co.uk including photographic evidence where we can investigate further, evaluate the issue and make it right.

Olive & Bear will happily replace the product (stock allowing) free of charge, or provide a full refund. However, all goods returned must arrive back to Olive & Bear in their original condition. Any goods that have been damaged or altered from their original condition are not eligible for return.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Pre-ordered and sale items are non-refundable and exchange only.

Unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange for minor cosmetic irregularities due to manufacturer mass production.

Normal wear and tear or incorrect use of our products will not be eligible for return.

Please note that silicone suction does not work on most wooden or textured surfaces and we will not approve requests for refunds or returns due to this reason.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too, please allow up to 5-7 days.

As we are a small business, shipping costs are non-refundable.
